  • Longfords is licensed to host events with up to 200 guests. However, for the comfort of your guests, we recommend a maximum of 160 attendees for weddings.

  • Yes, you'll have exclusive access to the venue, including the day prior for set-up. Additionally, a rehearsal will be arranged the week before your wedding to walk through details and ensure you feel fully prepared.

  • Yes, while you're welcome to bring in your preferred caterer, Terrace Kitchen is one of our highly recommended options. They offer a diverse range of culinary choices that cater to various styles and budgets.

  • While we believe in providing couples with the freedom to choose their own suppliers, we can arrange an all-inclusive package. Our inclusive package features our favourite caterer, Terrace Kitchen, who is more than happy to collaborate and create a tailored package just for you.

  • Yes! Celebrate with an elegant dining experience. You can choose between rectangle or oval tables, dressed in linen tablecloths and paired with wooden cross-back chairs.

  • We provide and set-up chairs (ceremony & reception), tables, umbrellas, cake stand, bar, signing table, and outdoor furniture. We also supply linen tablecloths for your reception dining.

  • Yes, we are a BYO venue, which means you have the option to provide the beverages for your guests. You can bring your beverages of choice and store them in our on-site chiller for convenience. However, you must hire one of our recommended bar service providers.

  • BYO stands for ‘Bring Your Own,’ indicating that you have the opportunity to provide the beverages for your event. In our context, it means you bring the beverages for your guests' consumption, but they must be served by one of our recommended bar managers.

  • No, Longfords does not charge corkage fees on beverages. However, please note that one of our recommended bar service providers must be hired to serve these beverages during the event. The cost of the bar service is NOT included in the venue hire fee.

  • Absolutely! A caterer-friendly kitchen space is provided to ensure they have everything they need to prepare delicious dishes.

  • We offer six well-appointed bathrooms for the convenience of you and your guests.

  • We take care of dismantling everything, including table settings and decorations, alleviating any worries. Additionally, you'll have access to the venue the day before to set-up without any last-minute stress.

  • Yes, ample parking facilities are available onsite for your convenience. However, we do recommend hiring shuttles to ensure your guests get to and from your wedding safely.

  • While we provide onsite parking, for the safety and convenience of all guests, we highly recommend considering shuttle services to ensure everyone arrives and departs safely from the wedding venue. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for drink driving to ensure the safety of all guests.

  • While Longfords strives to ensure the property is as accessible as possible, unfortunately our current bathroom facilities do not have wheelchair access.

  • To secure your wedding day at Longfords, we require your signed contract along with the deposit.

  • Deposits made for bookings at Longfords are non-refundable unless we can secure a booking for the same date.

  • Weddings at Longfords are often reserved well in advance, typically 12 to 18 months ahead. When a date is booked and subsequently cancelled, it may result in us having turned away other potential bookings for that date.

  • We understand that circumstances may change. Yes, you can change your wedding date to an available date for a fee of $250, provided the new date is available for booking.
